Pre-Planning the Organisations Relocation

Understanding what an organisation wants to achieve is paramount to developing an effective move strategy and relocation plan. Our management team work closely with the client to formulate a detailed relocation schedule to list all tasks, milestones and deadlines.

Minimising the Clients Involvement

Our expertise enables the client and their staff to stay focused on their day job, with minimum involvement whilst still being in control during the pre-planning stages and actual physical process procedures. We take detailed briefings from the client’s nominated management team, then produce the required Move Plan and relocation schedule, which is usually centered around the organisation’s workload, to minimise their direct involvement whilst the relocations are being undertaken. We also produce a relocation help guide for all personnel and employees, to assist in their transition to their new environments, these are specifically tailored to each client’s requirements.

Tender Specification and Evaluation

We can produce contract specific Tender documents, PQQ’s and evaluate all received specification to ensure the client receives the best practice and the most competitive advantage to surpass their project requirements.

Electronic Communications

We have the capabilities to work remotely, all documentation produced during the pre-planning stages is copied electronically to the client’s key management team utilising our external domain server system, regular updates and input from the team are addressed and acted upon accordingly with the prior approval from the client’s key management team.

Asset Auditing, bar-coding & File Auditing

We can tailor specific client based databases for asset tagging and auditing of both equipment and filing. This data is utilised to effectively cherry pick the required effects which will need to be transferred, and the remaining effects which will need to be sold or recycled.

Health, safety & environmental issues

Throughout each contract, we ensure that every aspect of our involvement is conducted in accordance with up-to-date stringent health, safety, and environmental practices.

We undertake the required Risk Assessments and produce contract-specific Method Statements for all aspects of the contract, this protects the client and virtually eliminates dangerous practices being undertaken by any third-party contractors on behalf of the client.

Our flexible management structure has a wealth of experience unsurpassed in full pre-planning and management of educational site relocations, purchasing their unwanted effects and carrying out a complete clearance of all sites, while efficiently and responsibly removing unwanted effects and waste products.

Detailed briefings are conducted with the senior migration management teams to understand what is required to be achieved and in what timescale. We then work in close partnership with the establishment to produce detailed relocation plans, new furniture and equipment plans, mapping room contents room by room and formulating a cost-effective relocation solution.
