Mike Dawson Experience

For the last 25 years I have been employed in the Commercial & Industrial Removals industry. I started working for a multi-national corporate moving company  in 1995 before moving to Pickfords Business Moving Services. Whilst spending a number of years in the commercial moving division for Pickford’s, I was responsible for some of the largest corporate office removals in the UK. Being involved in the contract negotiation, planning of the removals and the Move Management for a number of the larger clients gave me a wealth of experience moving forward.

Expanding my knowledge within the industry I moved to the Industrial Project Engineering Division. Where I gained a vast knowledge in the dismantling, removal and installation of large engineering equipment contracting to large manufacturing companies which included, Rolls Royce, Areo Engines, Toyota Motor Manufacturing and BEA Systems which included the reconfiguration of a number of workshops for the manufacture of the Trident Nuclear Submarine.

Setting up Move Management was a natural progression and since starting the company we have undertaken a wide range of multi complex relocation, auction and recycling clearance projects.  We have a nationwide coverage for our corporate clients, but have been involved in specialised relocations Internationally including, USA, Slovakia and Germany.
