We were contracted to undertake the relocation of the H/O and to relocate approximately 300 staff, the company needed to phase the relocations as they were taking some of the existing furniture and effects from the current office to the new facility, we worked closely with the company and supplied a competent move manager who planned and managed each phased relocation including dismantling and re-assembly of bench cabled managed desking in advance of each phased move and during evening shifts, the relocation was completed over a 6 week phased program.
