West Midlands Police Relocation. Whilst remaining fully operational, we relocated of the HQ call centre for 400+ staff, securely moving sensitive confidential files…

Move Management were contracted to undertake the relocation of the WMP HQ. The site employed over 400 staff, and was the main emergency call room for Birmingham, so keeping the call centre fully operational throughout the move was crucial.

We carefully planned the relocation around this, spanning the move over 10 days to allow for minimum business disruption.

Our security cleared teams worked evening and weekend shifts along with our two Move Managers to ensure the relocation was completed on schedule and on budget – with minimum impact to the function of the call centre. We also safely and securely relocated highly confidential material.

We completed the West Midlands Police Relocation project all within the allocated budget and timeframes.
